David C. Hicks

​David Candler Hicks has been a member of the Florida Bar Association since 1993.  He is a third generation Floridian and grew up in Pinellas County where he has been in private practice since 1998. 

​

Mr. Hicks earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Communications from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University’s College of Law.  Upon graduation, David worked for the Hillsborough County Public Defender’s Office as a staff attorney before serving as Counsel for several litigation firms.

​

Having gained extensive experience in public and private sectors, Mr. Hicks opened the Alliance Legal Group focused upon defending homeowner’s rights.

Christopher S. Graves

 

Christopher Scott Graves is a member of both the Michigan and Florida Bar Associations.  He received his B.A. from Michigan State University in Interdisciplinary Studies in Social Science – Law & Society in 1995 and afterward received his law degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan in 1999.

In 2004, Mr. Graves moved to Florida to work for a general law practice and was admitted to the Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida. As a Partner at Alliance Legal Group, Mr. Graves specializes in Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Defense work.

Michael R. Simmons

Michael Simons is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Jacksonville Bar Association.

He received his B.S. in Business Administration from Coastal Carolina University in Conway, South Carolina in 2004. He then earned his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida in 2010.

​

In 2010 Mr. Simons began his law practice with his wife in Jacksonville, Florida and was admitted to the Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida.

​

As an Of Counsel member of Alliance Legal Group, Mr. Simons focuses on Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Defense work.
